Great to meet you!

If your child is dealing with big emotions, school stress, conflict at home, or the ups and downs that can come with ADHD, oppositional behaviors, anxiety, or depression, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I enjoy working with tweens, teens, and young adults, and I help families better understand what’s going on so things can feel less overwhelming and more manageable. My goal is to help your child feel more grounded, understood, and hopeful.

My approach to therapy

My approach is centered on your child as a whole person, not just a list of challenges. Sessions with me are practical, collaborative, and shaped around your child’s personality, strengths, and needs. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help clients notice patterns, handle emotions in healthier ways, and practice tools they can actually use in daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our first 1–2 sessions, we’ll spend time getting to know each other, talking through concerns, and building a clear picture of what your child has been experiencing. If needed, we’ll also cover safety planning and start setting realistic goals together. Over time, your child can walk away with more confidence, stronger coping skills, and a better ability to handle school, relationships, and life at home.
