Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical addiction specialist. In 1996, I graduated Springfield College with a masters degree and certificate of advance graduate studies in counseling and psychological services with a concentration in marriage and family therapy. I have a special interest in helping adults and adolescents with personal growth, substance abuse, addictions, relationship and communication, behavior issues, anxiety and issues related to trauma.

My approach to therapy

I am a solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapist who is direct and sometimes humorous. I do not pretend to be the expert on you. You own your own behaviors and I will help you regain control. I will always maintain a confidential, judgment-free space, supportive space that is challenging but comforting, and a process that is enlightening as well as retrospective.

What you can expect from me

In our first meeting, I will do a clinical psychosocial assessment to aid in our building treatment goals; our goal for your treatment.
