Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, empathic therapist who believes meaningful change happens when you feel truly seen, supported, and understood. I use evidence‐based approaches to help children, adults, and families move toward the goals that matter most to them—whether that’s navigating life transitions, strengthening relationships, or building healthier patterns.

I have my BA in psychology from the University of Virginia and my MS in social work from Columbia University. I have advanced clinical training in family therapy and play therapy, allowing me to work deeply and effectively with complex family dynamics as well as the unique emotional world of children. My work is also supported by nervous system regulation and somatic approaches that help clients of all ages reduce overwhelm and build resilience.

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative and down‐to‐earth: we’ll work together to identify what’s getting in the way and create a clear, practical path forward. If you’re looking for a therapist who brings warmth, skill, and a steady presence to the work, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a warm, steady, and supportive space where you’re encouraged to show up exactly as you are. We’ll spend time getting to know what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been carrying, and what you hope will feel different moving forward. My approach is grounded in empathy and genuine curiosity—I want to understand your story, your strengths, and the patterns that may be getting in the way of the life you want.

Together, we’ll identify your goals for therapy and begin exploring what meaningful change could look like. You’ll leave the first session with a clearer sense of direction, a collaborative plan, and the reassurance that you don’t have to navigate this alone.
