I have almost 20 years of providing therapeutic interventions in a variety of settings including home based, incarcerated populations, residential and outpatient. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with ages 15-65 and have experience in multiple treatment areas.
I believe that there is an ebb and flow to life and there will always be ups and downs. I believe that you are the expert on you and I am the supportive guide for the journey. I use a direct approach. I believe in unconditional positive regard for each and every person.
