Great to meet you!

I’m a Houston-based therapist with over ten years of clinical experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through a wide range of emotional, relational, and behavioral concerns. I believe therapy is most effective when you feel understood, respected, and able to be yourself.

My clinical experience includes intensive outpatient DBT programs, medication-assisted treatment, university counseling, and outpatient and residential treatment for adolescents. I have specialized training in comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), including advanced training in DBT Prolonged Exposure and traumatic invalidation. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, psychodynamically informed approaches, eating disorder treatment, and family therapy into my work.

I have particular clinical interests in trauma, relationship concerns, grief and loss, family-of-origin difficulties, personality disorders, mood disorders, and substance use. I work with clients who may be navigating significant life transitions, difficult relationships, longstanding emotional patterns, or symptoms that have begun to interfere with their daily lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based practices, while also recognizing that your individual experiences, relationships, culture, and history are essential to understanding your needs.

What you can expect from me

Regardless of what brings you to therapy, I believe you deserve a space where your experiences can be explored without judgment and where treatment is tailored to you rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we can work toward greater understanding, healthier patterns, and meaningful change at a pace that feels appropriate for you.

I look forward to meeting you and learning more about how I can support you.
