Great to meet you!

I'm Rachel Rogers, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes that healing happens when people feel safe enough to be seen, heard, and understood. Therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you've spent years carrying things on your own, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.

Throughout my career, I have worked with adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide range of concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, family conflict, emotional regulation challenges, and major life transitions. While some clients come to therapy because of a specific event, many come because they are tired of feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or misunderstood.

One of my greatest passions is helping people recognize how past experiences continue to influence their present lives. Sometimes the behaviors, reactions, and relationship patterns that frustrate us most are actually survival strategies that developed during difficult seasons of life. Together, we can explore those patterns with curiosity rather than judgment and create healthier ways of coping, communicating, and connecting.

My approach is warm, authentic, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are; without fear of being judged or criticized. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership. While I will challenge you when needed, I will also celebrate your strengths, recognize your resilience, and support you every step of the way.

I'm clinically skilled enough to help you heal and relatable enough to make you feel comfortable doing it. I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey toward healing.

My approach to therapy

I believe that many of the struggles we face today are connected to experiences we haven't fully processed. My style is compassionate, direct, and supportive, helping clients gain insight into their emotions, relationships, and behaviors without judgment. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and emotional regulation, and I work collaboratively with clients to create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Therapy isn't about me leading the conversation—it's about creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Your first session is about setting the tone for your therapy journey. I recognize that allowing someone into your vulnerable space takes courage, so my goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable, heard, and in control. You're inviting me into some of the most personal parts of your story, and I don't take that lightly. This is your space, and I'm simply here to walk alongside you as we navigate it together.
