Great to meet you!
I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin and began my journey working in schools supporting children with autism. From early on, I felt a strong calling to the helping profession and I graduated with my masters degree in Social Work in 2007. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings with diverse populations. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how complex and personal life’s challenges can be, and they’ve shaped my passion for supporting individuals through those moments with compassion and care.
For the past 14 years, I’ve been dedicated to this work, with a focus on helping those navigating Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety, and depression. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and not alone as we work together toward healing and growth.
