Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Applied Psychological Science, blending clinical training with research-based practice. I specialize in working with clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma, including acute and chronic PTSD. I primarily use EMDR, ACT, and CBT to support healing and growth. I especially enjoy working with Indigenous and LGBTQ+ clients, and strive to offer a culturally sensitive, affirming space.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity and compassion. I work to create a non-judgmental space where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I take a holistic view of healing, honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I primarily use EMDR, ACT, and CBT, tailoring each session to your unique needs, goals, and values.

What you can expect from me

During sessions, my main focus is you and meeting you where you're at. I see therapy as a team effort where we work together to set and adjust goals that fit your needs. I use measurable, achievable goals to help us track progress and check in regularly to ensure therapy is meeting your needs, with formal reassessments at least every three months. I believe in a holistic approach that considers all the important parts of who you are, including your cultural background. You don’t have to have it all figured out; just come as you are, and we’ll work together from there.
