Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Rachel — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about supporting people as they navigate life’s complexities and transitions. My work centers on helping individuals explore identity, heal from trauma, and build more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.

I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, LGBTQIA+ clients, pregnant and postpartum people, and those from culturally diverse and immigrant backgrounds. Together, we can unpack the ways family dynamics, culture, and personal history shape your story — and create space for new, empowering narratives to emerge.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. Drawing from narrative, somatic, DBT, IFS, and expressive arts therapies, I tailor our work to your unique needs and goals. I believe that therapy should feel both supportive and empowering — a space where you can feel seen, heard, and equipped to grow.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and heard. We’ll start by talking about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask some questions to get to know you — your background, relationships, and what’s been feeling challenging lately — while moving at a pace that feels right for you.

Together, we’ll begin identifying themes, goals, and priorities for therapy. You can also ask me any questions about my approach or what to expect moving forward. My hope is that you’ll leave our first meeting with a sense of clarity, connection, and the reassurance that you don’t have to navigate things alone.
