Great to meet you!

Academically, I hold a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work with a specialization in Mental Health from The University of Maryland, Baltimore. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon, having previously held a clinical license in Maryland. My career in the field of clinical social work spans over 15 years, during which I have gained extensive experience in diverse settings, including school-based programs, managed care organizations, community mental health centers, primary care environments, and private practice.

My approach to therapy

I tailor my approach to what is most effective for each unique individual, recognizing that everyone's journey is different. I am deeply committed to providing culturally competent and inclusive services to all my clients. To achieve this, I integrate various therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Existential Therapy.
