Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Adult and Gerontology Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of healthcare experience across a variety of settings. I provide care to patients beginning at age 8 and specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and ADHD. My approach is both holistic and integrated, focusing on the whole person to support long-term wellness and meaningful improvement in quality of life.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic, patient-centered, and collaborative approach to care, creating a space where clients feel genuinely heard, supported, and respected. My style is warm, compassionate, and solution-focused, combining evidence-based psychiatric care with an understanding of each client’s physical, emotional, and environmental needs. I tailor every treatment plan to the individual and draw from therapy techniques, lifestyle guidance, and medication management when appropriate. Over the years, I’ve seen how personalized, consistent care can help clients build resilience, confidence, and lasting change in their daily lives. It is truly an honor to support each person on their journey toward greater well-being.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and calm environment where they can comfortably share their concerns and goals. I take time to learn about their history, current challenges, and what they hope to achieve, while also explaining my approach to care. Together, we identify initial goals and begin creating a personalized plan to support their well-being. My focus is on building trust and ensuring clients leave feeling heard, supported, and confident about the next steps.
