Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate social worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns.

My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, focusing on helping clients build healthy coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and create positive change. I strive to provide a safe space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered to work toward meaningful change. My style is warm, practical, and strengths-based, combining insight with concrete coping tools and strategies.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and burnout, with a focus on helping clients build resilience, improve coping skills, and increase overall emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they can feel comfortable sharing at their own pace. During the first session, I focus on getting to know the client, understanding their concerns, strengths, and goals, and answering any questions they may have about the therapy process.

Together, we begin identifying priorities for treatment and developing goals that feel realistic and meaningful. My aim is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful, with a clearer understanding of how we can work together moving forward.
