Great to meet you!

I graduated in 2013 from Oakland University with a Master's in Counseling. My undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in English.

I have worked in substance abuse rehab facilities and prison, providing substance abuse counseling in group and individual sessions. I have also worked for community health agencies for different counties in Michigan, doing individual counseling, assisting clients with applying for benefits and providing various resources.

I work with individuals, adults aged 18 plus via telehealth. I work with all genders, sexualities, ethnicities, relationship structures, and religious/non-religious beliefs.

My top treatment areas are anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, LGBTQ+ issues.

My approach to therapy

I use client-centered, strength based, cognitive behavioral, and solution focused approaches. I incorporate creativity, empathy, flexibility, and a safe, judgment free environment. I provide tools for growth, emotional support, feedback, and guidance to help each unique individual develop a richer, more joyful and meaningful life.

I seek to provide an environment where you can be your authentic self. You are the expert on your own life, and I will help you become the person you want to be. I will meet you at your level, whether this is your first time in therapy, or you've seen a therapist before. I look forward to working with you!

What you can expect from me
