Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon, and I’ve been providing mental health support since 1999 and received my license in 2016. For much of my licensed career, I’ve had the privilege of working with the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians, where I’ve supported individuals and families navigating grief, trauma, and the deep intergenerational impact of historical loss.

My approach to therapy

I help individuals and couples navigate trauma, grief, and life transitions using Person-Centered Therapy, mindfulness and evidence-based methods like Brainspotting and the Gottman Method to support clients in meeting therapeutic goals. My work is compassionate and grounded in cultural awareness, shaped by years of experience serving Indigenous communities.

What you can expect from me

You may be carrying pain from the past, struggling in your relationships, or simply craving a deeper sense of peace and clarity. You don’t need to have all the answers to begin, just a willingness to be supported. Whether you're navigating trauma, grief, or major life shifts, therapy can help you feel more connected, empowered, and in control of your path forward. You're not alone in this.
