Great to meet you!

With more than 27 years of counseling individuals and families, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people from many backgrounds through life’s challenges and seasons of growth. I’ve witnessed the remarkable resilience people can show and the healing that unfolds when they feel seen, supported, and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach draws from a variety of evidence-based methods, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, and family systems—always tailoring therapy to meet each person’s unique needs and goals. I’m a certified EMDR therapist, PCIT therapist, EAGALA certified mental health professional, and a PATH certified equine specialist (ESMHL).

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your story, gain clarity, and move toward peace—both within yourself and in your relationships. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools for healing and resilience. Each session is tailored to meet you where you are, drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs.
