Great to meet you!

My name is Raina and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and I have been practicing for 13 years.

Seeking therapy is a big step and I look forward to supporting you on this journey!

I enjoy working with teens (13 and up) , young adults, college students and adults and helping them navigate self- esteem and confidence building, personal growth, life stressors/ transitions, anxiety & overwhelm, coping skills and emotional regulation, school/ academic stress, stress and burnout, and relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person centered, strengths based, and solution focused. I believe in meeting people where they are. I will be there to listen to you, support you, and challenge you. We will work collaboratively to address your areas of concerns and work towards improvement and growth in those areas.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together you can expect me listening to your story and what has brought you to seek therapy. We will talk about your strengths, areas in your life that you would like support with and also goals that we you would like to focus on during our sessions together.
