I am a licensed mental health therapist with doctorate degree, and medical background in Western and Eastern medicine. I provide counseling and life coaching since 2004 to people with diverse cultural backgrounds, who finds themselves emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or sensing a disconnect between their outer life and inner truth. They may be navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, or long-standing relational struggles. They may appear high-functioning, yet inside, they feel lost, numb, or burdened by emotions they can’t quite name. Some are professionals facing burnout; others are individuals exploring deeper questions of identity, purpose, healing or personal growth

I offer an integrative, non-pathologizing approach in solutogensis and rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eastern medicine principles, and deep respect for each person’s wisdom and story to create a therapeutic relationship that honors the body, the emotions, and the quiet inner voice seeking healing and wholeness.
