I am Rajni Sharma I am a certified psychiatric nurse practitioner PMHNP. I studied at Wilkes University in Pennsylvania for my PMHNP degree, FNP master’s degree at Chamberlin University, and bachelor’s degree at American Sentinel University. I have been practicing for more than five years in behavior health and vulnerable subpopulations and treating a variety of mental health issues.
I listen to my clients, engage honestly, and tell them the things they need to hear. I am fluent in English and speak Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi as well.
I set clear goals for myself and my clients and treat every session as an opportunity to make progress. A comprehensive discussion about their current symptoms, medical Hx, and overall mental health to understand their concerns and focus on establishing a treatment plan which may include medication, therapy, or lifestyle changes depending on the individual.
