I have been a practicing psychologist specializing in psychotherapy for 40 years, I am highly experienced. I am also a global mental health expert for the US State Department. In that capacity I have been asked by many countries to evaluate their behavioral health care services and make recommendations to the head of the government . I have been the CEO of multiple behavioral health hospitals.
