Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Ramon “Ray” Nava, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC). I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and related concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and practical. I take the time to understand what you’re experiencing, how your symptoms affect your everyday life, and what you hope to improve. Treatment may include comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, education, and supportive psychotherapy when appropriate. My background in both psychiatric and family medicine also helps me consider how physical health, medications, sleep, stress, and lifestyle may be influencing your mental health.

What you can expect from me

I believe patients should be active participants in their care. I explain treatment options clearly, discuss potential benefits and risks, and work with you to develop a plan that fits your goals and preferences. I also serve patients in both English and Spanish and bring experience working with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, including healthcare professionals, military members, veterans, and busy working adults.
