Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who believes in progress, not perfection. With over 10 years of experience working with adults and adolescents, I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore what’s holding them back and take small, sustainable steps forward.

I earned my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Bowie State University in 2017 and have since worked in a range of clinical settings. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationships, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck — I’m here to support your process and help you reconnect with your strengths.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals to navigate a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, women’s health, self-worth, and more. I provide individual therapy grounded in a client-centered approach, fostering a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healing journey.

My therapeutic style is collaborative and compassionate, honoring each client’s voice and lived experience. Sessions are guided by what feels most meaningful to you in the moment, allowing therapy to unfold at a pace that feels authentic and supportive. Whether clients are seeking clarity, emotional relief, or practical coping tools, I am able to meet them with empathy, intention, and genuine care—supporting growth, resilience, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I look forward to supporting you as you take meaningful steps toward your goals. With compassion and expertise, I am committed to helping you restore a sense of stability, happiness, and fulfillment as you move forward on your journey toward emotional and psychological wellness.
