Great to meet you!

I am a warm, understanding, and direct clinician who has worked in the mental health field for over a decade. Over the years, I have supported individuals from diverse backgrounds as they navigate stress, transitions, and emotional challenges. My goal is to offer a welcoming, safe, and grounding space where you can slow down, gain clarity, and feel more in control of your life.

I believe that when people feel accepted and understood, meaningful growth becomes possible. Together, we will identify your strengths, uncover resources you may not realize you have, and develop realistic and empowering strategies to help you move forward.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and you remain the expert of your own life. I am here to listen, support, and walk alongside you as you work toward greater peace and emotional well‐being. Taking this step is significant, and I look forward to partnering with you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person‐centered, solution focused and future oriented, all grounded in respect for each individual’s unique experiences, values, and strengths.

What you can expect from me

From our first visit, clients can expect a warm, compassionate, understanding and collaborative space where they feel heard, respected, and supported. My goal is to create a safe environment where you can share openly, at your own pace, without judgment.
