I like to use methods that have been well researched like Gottman style couples therapy and EMDR for trauma treatment. I am open to learning more about up and coming methods.

I am ready to get to know you. I work hard to remember all of the details of my client's families so you don't have to reexplain who someone is week after week. Initially I am just focused on getting to know you and then I will start to tailor my treatment approach to who you are as a person.
