I am a Nurse Practitioner (NP) specializing in Psychiatry and Family Medicine. I hold dual board certifications as a Psychiatric Mental Health NP from both the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Additionally, I am also a dual board-certified Family NP, recognized by the AANP and the ANCC.

My style is collaborative and compassionate. I specialize in helping clients through medication management and psychotherapy, making sure we balance the science of mental health with the uniqueness of each individual. Whether we're addressing anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns, I bring a personalized approach—and never see my clients as just a diagnosis. I offer a safe, open space where people can share, learn, and grow at their pace.
