Great to meet you!
Whether you have tried therapy in the past and are seeking support again, or are just beginning your therapy journey—I’m so glad you are here. I believe healing happens in relationships: to ourselves, to our communities, and to the people we care deeply for. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices including Somatic Mindfulness (body-centered approaches), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and self-compassion-based interventions. I view my role as a guide alongside you on the path back to yourself, the ones you love, and the life you want to feel aligned, present, and fulfilled in.
In 2020 I received my Master’s degree in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy from Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling. My clinical work is informed by a strong commitment to research and ongoing learning, particularly in the areas of neurodivergence, chronic pain and chronic illness. I am passionate about understanding the complex ways these experiences impact mental health, identity, and healing, and I strive to integrate this knowledge into compassionate and individualized care.
