Raul Zambrano

Hello! My name is Raul Zambrano and I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor licensed in NC and SC. I earned my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Stetson University in Deland, FL. I also earned a Master of Science degree in nursing in 2024. specializing as a nurse in psychiatry. I have worked with many clients willing to walk alongside me as we work together to confront the pain of trauma, anxiety, and depression to become stronger, more confident, and happier.

I am experienced in working with clients who experience depression, trauma, anxiety, and professional burnout. I also specialize in men's physical and emotional health issues, LGBTQ issues, healthcare worker burnout, and religious trauma.

In my session, clients can feel assured that we will work together to identify problems, but more importantly, develop a plan of care to work through problems. I believe in the importance of helping clients rewrite their stories in a way they can feel victorious, rather than feeling stuck in past trauma and pain. I also believe in the importance of helping my clients achieve balance in life, both physically and emotionally.
