I am a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force, born and raised in Kalispell and Whitefish Montana, and I've practiced therapy with individuals, couples and families since 1991. After gaining my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology I began practicing in Spokane Washington and most recently opened a practice in Seabeck Washington. I have a passion for walking with people through their therapeutic and life journey.
I've worked with many man and women over their life stages and draw from my own life experience and multiple proven therapeutic modalities in my practice. I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization, Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, and Mindfulness techniques. Most recently I've specialized in trauma recovery for first responders.
During our initial intake session we will discuss current concerns, history, expectations and goals for therapy. If the right fit, we will move into developing an individualized treatment plan and push into next steps for your success in therapy.
