Great to meet you!

Whether you are looking for brief, short-term therapy or longer term depth psychotherapy, I provide a space that is flexible, reflective and draws upon your own expertise of experience.

Through empathic inquiry, we explore the areas of your life that feel challenging, or where you may feel stuck, or “off.” Drawing upon humanistic principals, I use a broad range of evidence-based therapy modalities to help you recognize and change patterns of thoughts and behaviors that may no longer serve you, allowing you to create the life you want for yourself.

We all have work to do, and you don't have to do it alone.

My approach to therapy

I take a client-centered approach to session, allowing you to bring it material from the week to process in the here and now. We will draw on past experiences as they feel important to address and integrate them with your goals to keep us moving foward.

What you can expect from me

We will explore what bring you to therapy and collaboratively set goals for our work together.
