Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California (#115022) and have worked in the helping profession for the past seven years. I graduated from the University of Denver with a Master of Social Work. I specialize in working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem issues. I have experience working in schools, alcohol and drug treatment settings, diversion and reentry programs, and in private practice with adolescents, adults, families, and couples.

My approach to therapy

My clinical lens is founded on the belief that clients are the true experts of their own life, and the therapeutic relationship is a means towards exploration, empowerment, and actualization. My goal is to focus on you as a whole person. I am passionate about advocating for each client’s needs and supporting their wants, needs, and goals with compassion, empathy, and understanding. I integrate aspects of Brainspotting, ACT, CBT, narrative, psychodynamic, existential and mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

The journey of life may bring you to a place of confusion, a stuck point, or simply feeling like you need extra support. It can feel challenging to manage alone. No matter what you’re going through, you have inherent value as a person and my goal is to help you to own your power again.
