Great to meet you!

Whether you want to better understand yourself, develop some practical tools, or have a space to grieve, I trust in the power of a real relationship to hold growth and healing. I believe deeply that connecting with your needs and values, as well as cultivating true self-compassion, is a path to health and liberation. I hope to be a part of that critical journey with you by walking alongside you in a truly authentic way.

I specialize in working with new parents, individuals trying to conceive, clients with infertility or pregnancy loss, those going through IVF, and women working on their relationships (including with themselves!).

I have a master's degree in counseling and a doctorate in counselor education and supervision. I teach and train counselors and have specialized certification in perinatal mental health. I am also trained in Level 1 and 2 Gottman Couples Therapy and encourage couples/relationship systems to attend to their needs during the many transitions of parenting.

My approach to therapy

I practice from a strengths-based perspective, utilizing feminist psychotherapy and attachment principles to guide my work. I draw from various modalities to best suit your needs and take a very relational approach. As a perinatal mental health specialist, I encourage a very holistic approach to wellness and empowerment.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we will discuss your goals, explore what feels most pressing to you, and make sure your questions about counseling have plenty of time. We will meet online, so you can be comfortable at home. If you are a new parent, feel welcome to bring your baby.
