Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Rebecca! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) who works with adults, teens, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I have 4 years of experience and completed my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of San Diego.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable being themselves, process life's challenges, and build on their strengths to create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we will work toward developing the tools and insight needed to support your personal growth and well-being.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where they feel heard and respected. We’ll focus on understanding what brings you to therapy, discussing your goals, and identifying what you’d like to work toward moving forward. I also take time to answer any questions about the therapy process so you feel comfortable and informed. Together, we’ll begin to outline a plan that reflects your needs, strengths, and priorities, with the goal of creating meaningful and realistic progress over time.
