Great to meet you!

I believe healing happens in spaces where people feel safe, seen, and genuinely valued. My goal as a therapist is to create that kind of space for every client I meet.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience working with individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

I am especially passionate about helping people strengthen relationships, develop self-trust, and move toward more meaningful, connected lives. I recognize that each person’s story is unique, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they discover new possibilities for growth, healing, and change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and deeply affirming. I believe people are far more than the challenges that bring them to therapy, and I strive to help clients reconnect with their strengths, resilience, and inner wisdom.

I approach therapy with curiosity and creativity, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. I draw from evidence-based modalities while also honoring the importance of emotional safety, connection, and self-understanding.

In our work together, I help clients explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools for change. I also believe healing often happens when we learn to relate to ourselves with greater compassion. Whether we are working through difficult emotions, relationship struggles, or longstanding patterns, my goal is to help clients feel empowered, understood, and hopeful.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know each other and to lay the foundation for meaningful work together. My priority is creating a welcoming, comfortable environment where you can show up exactly as you are—without pressure or judgment.

During our first session, we will talk about what brought you to therapy, what challenges you are facing, and what you hope might feel different in your life. We will also explore your strengths, supports, and goals so we can begin shaping a path forward together.

You do not need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. It is okay if you feel uncertain, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin. We will start where you are and move at a pace that feels supportive and manageable. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and encouraged by the possibility of change.
