Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm a licensed therapist who specializes in trauma, ADHD, and chronic health conditions, and I believe that real healing often involves more than traditional talk therapy alone. My approach is integrative — I work with the whole person, weaving in nutritional, lifestyle, and nervous system supports alongside evidence-based therapy to help clients build lives that feel more manageable and meaningful. I completed my training at the University of Baltimore and practice through Patapsco Integrative Counseling, my private practice in Ellicott City, MD. Whether you're navigating a long-standing struggle or something that's recently shifted, I'd love to support you in finding a path forward that fits your life.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, informal, and genuinely relational- I'm not a blank-wall therapist. I show up as a real person, and I use humor, genuineness, and a lot of empathy to help you feel at ease and build real trust. At the same time, I bring deep expertise to our work: whether we're untangling nervous system patterns, exploring how the body holds stress, or working through something that's been stuck for years, I take the clinical side seriously. My hope is that you leave not just feeling heard, but feeling more compassionate toward yourself and more equipped to navigate whatever you're carrying.

What you can expect from me

First sessions with me are intentionally unstructured; think conversation, not intake form. My goal is for you to leave feeling comfortable, like you actually know me a little, and like this might be a space where you can be yourself. I bring my whole self to the work, because I believe real connection is what makes therapy work. For clients who've experienced trauma especially, feeling safe, cared for, and genuinely seen isn't just a nice-to-have- it's where healing begins.
