Great to meet you!

I'm old enough to know that life doesn't lend itself to simplistic answers. My master's degree is in counseling and development and I've been licensed over 20 years. For the past 7 years I have been in private practice. I treat adults ages 18 through 99. My passions for treatment are life transition periods, grief and loss, trauma, phobias, care giving, emotional dysregulation, and anxiety. I am trained in EMDR therapy and am IFS informed.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic, meaning that I use an assortment of philosophical schools of thought and modalities to treat clients depending on their needs and desires and the struggles they are experiencing. I do lean into a philosophical foundation of mindfulness cultivating with all clients.

What you can expect from me

My goal with clients is that they feel heard and validated, a sense of safety and lack of judgement that aids in their willingness to be authentic with themselves.
