Great to meet you!

My therapeutic style draws heavily on humanistic, solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness principles. I am a Certified Brainspotting Therapist, and have a special appreciation for a wellness focus, the mind-body connection, and spiritually oriented therapy.

My approach to therapy

Building on your unique strengths, I hope to inspire you to enhance your innate capacity toward healing, growth, and wellness.

I have experience and enjoy working with individuals & couples of all ages and diverse backgrounds. I specialize in providing therapy to older adolescents and adults who want to heal from trauma or work through difficult life transitions, relationship challenges, and low-self-worth. This may manifest as feelings of anxiety, depression, frustration, grief and loss, or a lack of purpose or meaning.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is one of the best investments we can make in ourselves. While the therapeutic process is very personal and tailored to each individual, I will work closely with you to build trust so you feel supported in exploring any life challenges you are experiencing. I take a holistic approach to promote self-exploration, help you gain awareness, and support you in meeting your goals that can lead to lasting improvements, extending beyond the bounds of therapy.
