Hi, I'm Becky. I've been a bilingual (English/Spanish) mental health therapist for almost 30 years. Throughout the years, I have worked with adults with major life changing challenges, depression, anxiety, grief/losses, abuse/neglect, domestic violence and other issues.

My approach to therapy

My work consists of eclectic therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, psychodynamic therapy, humanistic therapy, motivational, reality and trauma informed care.
