Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed mental health therapist providing individual and couples therapy for adults. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, life transitions, and the impact of past experiences. In couples work, I help partners shift unhelpful patterns, improve communication, and rebuild connection. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct, blending insight with practical tools to support meaningful change beyond therapy. I aim to create a grounded space where clients feel understood, supported, and able to move toward healthier, more connected lives.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to each client. My work draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help identify and shift unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, along with mindfulness practices to increase awareness, emotional regulation, and grounding in the present moment. I also incorporate other commonly used techniques such as emotion-focused and solution-focused strategies to support insight, improve coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change in daily life and relationships.

What you can expect from me

A typical session is a collaborative space to explore what’s been feeling difficult, identify patterns, and work toward practical change. Sessions may include processing emotions, improving communication and coping skills, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, and building insight into relationships and behaviors. I tailor therapy to each client’s needs and goals, blending supportive conversation with evidence-based strategies such as CBT, mindfulness, and relational approaches.
