Great to meet you!

Alongside her academic achievements, Rebecca has completed additional post-graduate, on-the-job training in the evaluation and treatment of ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), Bipolar Disorders (I and II), and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

My approach to therapy

Using an eclectic and creative approach, Rebecca draws from modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) among others. Rebecca has experience treating conditions such as: depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and Bipolar Disorder.

What you can expect from me
