Great to meet you!

Hello. My name is Rebecca. Book with me now by clicking on my website. I've been a licensed therapist for twenty-five years. My experience has primarily involved adults of all ages individually and couples. I have worked with issues including anxiety and depression, relationship challenges, life transitions and lack of self esteem, among others. I have experience with numerous therapeutic modalities but most use often CBT which stands for cognitive behavioral, DBT, and Humanistic therapy.

My approach to therapy

My style of counseling is warm and interactive. I am inclusive and non-judgmental. I think that feeling comfortable and safe with your therapist is essential. In my experience, having an objective third party to talk to can assist clients to recognize and identify behavioral patterns that are no longer useful to them or worse unhealthy.

What you can expect from me

Most importantly, I think knowledge is power! People actually can and do make significant longstanding changes in their lives. I want to make sure to address the fact that it's not always easy. It requires work. I do think there is room for laughter during therapy. If you walked past my office, you might hear laughter! It helps. Change is doable and not just for a few people here and there. I have seen people make changes in their lives frequently.

Why not you?
