Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Becky, and I am a licensed therapist(LCPC). I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, particularly those navigating overwhelming emotions, relationship struggles, life transitions, and the pressures of everyday life.

I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Intermodal Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University, and I bring a holistic and balanced lens to all of my work. My background includes experience in hospital settings, therapeutic schools, and private practice, giving me a broad perspective.

My approach to therapy

My work is heavily informed by my training as a DBT therapist. I offer a structured, evidence-based approach to managing intense emotions, building resilience, and creating lasting change. What sets my practice apart is my integration of intermodal expressive arts therapy; using creativity and the arts to deepen insight, support healing, and strengthen self-expression. Whether it's through movement, visual art, writing, or sound, I meet clients where they are and offer tools that go beyond words when words aren't enough.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, we’ll work together to identify what’s getting in the way of building a life that feels meaningful, balanced, and aligned with your values.

I blend DBT with expressive arts to help you not just cope, but connect with your emotions, your values, and your voice. Sessions are structured but creative, offering space for both skill-building and self-expression in a way that feels grounding, honest, and uniquely yours.

You can expect our time together to be supportive, affirming, non-judgmental, and gently challenging, where you’ll be met with honesty and care. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, more in control of your emotions, and more empowered in your life.
