Great to meet you!

Welcome! It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling life as well as to take the first steps towards making a change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. I am a licensed professional counselor who is nationally certified. I graduated from Argosy University in 2006 with a master's degree in Clinical Psychology. I specialize working with individuals who are experiencing symptoms of depression, ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, and relationship concerns.

My approach to therapy

Every individual has an unique story and deserves an individual approach to treatment. In developing our relationship, it's important we openly communicate to develop our partnership to help you form and complete your treatment goals. I strive to provide a warm, welcoming environment where you feel supported, challenged, and listened to throughout your journey.

What you can expect from me

Throughout our sessions, I strive to empower clients to use strategies to make progress towards their individualized goals. I am strong believer that mental health symptoms are not defining of the individual and can be managed through evidenced and strength based therapy modalities.
