Great to meet you!

I’m a trauma‐informed therapist with experience supporting individuals and families across diverse backgrounds, diagnoses, and life experiences. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with children and adolescents ages 5–18, as well as adults navigating complex emotional and relational challenges. I strive to create a compassionate, grounded space where clients can explore their stories, build practical skills, and reconnect with their inner resilience as they move toward healing and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach integrates DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma‐Focused CBT, and EMDR‐informed techniques, along with a holistic perspective that honors the mind‐body connection. I believe that no single approach works for everyone, so I take time to understand each person’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. From there, I draw on different tools and techniques to create a personalized path that supports their healing and growth. My goal is to meet clients exactly where they are and walk alongside them as they navigate their own meaningful journey forward.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is a gentle introduction to the process and a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you in, your goals, and any questions or concerns you may have. I’ll ask about your history, strengths, and what support looks like for you, all at a pace that feels comfortable. This session is less about diving into deep work right away and more about building a safe, trusting foundation. Together, we’ll explore what approaches might be most helpful for you and begin shaping a plan that supports your healing and growth.
