Great to meet you!

Curious about what working together will look like? My counseling is highly interactive, educational, and practical. I believe therapy is most effective when we partner together to design a plan to specifically meet your needs. By building on your strengths and using evidence based tools, I'll help you develop the skills to reach your goals, grow with confidence, and create a strong foundation for lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families ages 19 years and up. If your feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges, I am here to help you navigate them with clarity and support.

My work is grounded in advanced, proven approaches for depression, anxiety, and grief, I also specialize in severe relationship distress and complex trauma. My clinical training includes Level 1 and 2 in Gottman Method Relationship Therapy as well as certification in Gottman's Bringing Baby Home program, Prepare and Enrich assessments, and the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model - CCPS.

The evidence based modalities I use include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution Focused, Dialectical Therapy (DBT), EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model (APSATS).

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will take time to get to know each other and talk through the challenges bringing you to therapy. I will gather background information and work with you to define clear goals so we can begin reducing symptoms and move toward finding resolution.
