Welcome! I'm Becky, and I have 15+ years of experience. Nearly half of my career was spent as the treatment director at MN Adult and Teen Challenge, where I focused on healing the body, mind, and spirit. This role deepened my commitment to supporting individuals and families impacted by mental illness and addiction. I earned my master's degree in Social Work from the University of Minnesota, and I also hold degrees in Christian Counseling and Addiction Recovery from Liberty University.

My approach to therapy

The therapeutic relationship is critical to success. I believe in establishing a safe space where you are free to be vulnerable. While I use a number of therapeutic approaches, Cognitive behavioral therapy, and EMDR are my primary methods of treatment.
