Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing online therapy to clients in Oregon and Washington. I specialize in working with women and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and life transitions.

I earned my Masters in Social Work from Portland State University in 2017 and have worked in social services for over 16 years, including providing clinical services since 2017.

I know life and relationships can feel overwhelming sometimes, especially when you're trying to balance your own needs with those of others. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, explore what's keeping you stuck, and work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and conversational. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and tailored to you rather than one-size-fits-all.

I work from person-centered, strengths-based, relational, interpersonal, and compassion-focused approaches. With couples, I also incorporate Gottman Method principles to help partners improve communication, navigate conflict, and strengthen their connection.

Whether we're working on anxiety, boundaries, self-worth, or relationship patterns, we'll focus on building insight and making practical changes that feel meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I'll ask about what brings you to therapy, your experiences, and what you'd like to work toward. You're welcome to share at your own pace, and there's no pressure to have everything figured out.

When working with couples, I aim to create a balanced space where both partners feel heard, respected, and understood.

My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we'll identify what matters most to you and develop an approach that supports your goals.
