Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying anxiety, trauma, family stress, relationship challenges, or questions about your identity and sense of self. You may find yourself feeling disconnected, emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or unsure how to create the life you want. I work with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQIA+ concerns, family conflict, women's issues, identity exploration, relationship difficulties, chronic stress, ADHD, parenting challenges, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking a safe, affirming space where they can better understand themselves, heal from difficult experiences, and build healthier relationships. Together, we'll explore what is keeping you stuck, identify your strengths, and develop practical tools that support growth, self-acceptance, and emotional wellness.
