Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying anxiety, trauma, family stress, relationship challenges, or questions about your identity and sense of self. You may find yourself feeling disconnected, emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or unsure how to create the life you want. I work with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQIA+ concerns, family conflict, women's issues, identity exploration, relationship difficulties, chronic stress, ADHD, parenting challenges, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking a safe, affirming space where they can better understand themselves, heal from difficult experiences, and build healthier relationships. Together, we'll explore what is keeping you stuck, identify your strengths, and develop practical tools that support growth, self-acceptance, and emotional wellness. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and create meaningful change that aligns with your values and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is affirming, collaborative, and rooted in helping clients build greater self-awareness and resilience. I believe therapy should provide both insight and practical strategies that support lasting change. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, Strength-Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Systems Therapy, and trauma-informed care to tailor treatment to each client's unique experiences and needs. In our work together, we may explore anxiety, trauma, depression, family dynamics, relationship challenges, identity development, ADHD, parenting concerns, emotional regulation, stress management, and self-esteem. Therapy is designed to help you understand patterns that no longer serve you, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, process difficult experiences, and develop healthier ways of navigating life's challenges while building confidence and emotional balance.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I strive to create an environment where you can show up authentically and feel safe exploring both challenges and strengths. Together, we'll establish meaningful goals and develop practical tools that support healing and personal growth. Through therapy, you may experience greater self-confidence, healthier boundaries, stronger relationships, improved emotional regulation, and a deeper understanding of yourself. My goal is to help you feel empowered to move forward with clarity, resilience, and a stronger connection to the life you want to create.
