Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Psychology. I then went on to graduate Widener University with a Masters in Social Work. I focus on using empathy and understanding to build a clinical foundation as we start to tackle the tough issues at play. For therapy, I use DBT, cognitive behavioral therapy, and strengths perspective as primary tools to identify and empower clients.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer a variety of skills to assist with anxiety, depression, ADHD, time management, and substance abuse. When working with clients, I operate from perspective using DBT and CBT to identify behaviors and negative thoughts. We can then discuss different ways of approaching those actions to target individual and personalized changes.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to feel welcomed, respected, and secure while working with me. I strive to develop understanding and comfort as we work through the difficulties that you experience.
