I am a Board-Certified Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health. If you’re like most of us, it probably takes some time to admit you’re dealing with something too difficult to handle on your own. However, relief begins once you decide to seek professional help. Together you can start your journey toward the successful resolution of your challenges.

Because we are all different I don't believe that one style of therapy works for everyone. Thus my approach to therapy is more eclectic.

Our first session would begin with us getting to know each other. Allowing space for you, the potential client to ask any questions of me and for you to share your story with me. Together we would create a plan of action to direct how we move forward within the therapeutic process.
