Great to meet you!

I believe every individual is the expert on their own life, and my role is to provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel heard and empowered. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families through life transitions, emotional challenges, and personal growth. My background as a school social worker and Special Education Coordinator has allowed me to work with individuals ages 3–30 while addressing concerns related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity development, coping skills, and emotional regulation.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a partnership. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing your experiences.

Together, we'll identify your goals, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges. Because everyone's journey is different, I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and help you make meaningful, lasting changes.

I want therapy to be a place where you feel heard, supported, and empowered—both during our sessions and in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space. My goal is to help you feel comfortable sharing your story at your own pace.

During our first appointment, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your current concerns, review your personal history, and identify the goals you'd like to work toward. We'll also talk about your strengths, coping strategies, and any challenges that may be impacting your daily life.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process, so we'll work together to create a treatment plan that feels meaningful and tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, trauma, or simply looking for personal growth, you don't have to face it alone.

You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. Just come as you are. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
