Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health professional and founder of Greater Good Counseling, Coaching & Consulting Services, LLC, where I support individuals, couples, and families in navigating life’s challenges. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My approach is integrative and evidence-based, incorporating CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused techniques. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can build insight, emotional regulation, and healthier patterns. Clients experience me as warm, direct, and supportive, and I am committed to helping them create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, structured, and client-centered approach to therapy, tailoring each session to individual needs and goals. I use evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused techniques to help clients identify patterns and develop practical coping strategies. My work is trauma-informed, prioritizing emotional safety, trust, and empowerment. I balance empathy with accountability, supporting clients while also challenging unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. My goal is to help clients build clarity, resilience, and confidence to move forward in alignment with their values.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel comfortable sharing their concerns. We will explore what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any relevant history to gain a clear understanding of your needs. I will ask thoughtful questions to help identify patterns, strengths, and areas of focus. Together, we will begin outlining initial goals and discuss a plan for how we will work toward meaningful change. Clients often leave the first session feeling heard, more grounded, and with a clearer sense of direction.
